NetEnt is shortlisted for seven 2021 EGR awards

The venerable awards show returns this year with both online and in-person ceremonies, a welcome semblance of normalcy after the unprecedented challenges the world faced in 2020. And NetEnt, one of the industry’s most well-respected companies, stands to win big with seven award nominations.  

EGR Awards returns for 2021 with NetEnt leading the pack 

The EGR Awards celebrate and reward the best of the best in the online gambling sector. This includes all aspects of the gambling process, from gaming and betting software to networks, payments, mobile, infrastructure, and IT, to name just a few. The goal is to ensure the world understands who deserves praise in an industry regularly overlooked by the more “traditional” land-based gambling industry. As a result, the awards carry quite a bit of prestige within the global internet betting community.  

NetEnt is no stranger to the recognition. This leading games provider has been winning EGR awards since 2013, with nominations dating back to 2010. From innovation in mobile and mobile supplier of the year to slot provider of the year, NetEnt has long been a big part of the awards ceremony. The 2021 awards will be no different, with the company shortlisted for seven EGR awards from both the EGR Intel B2B Awards 2021 as well as the EGR North America B2B Awards 2021. This includes being nominated for the best new game of the year with Twin Spin MegaWays, a reimagining, and an update of the classic slot of the same name.
