Red Tiger is no stranger to the awards season. In fact, the company is also not even a newcomer to the Global Gaming Awards. In 2020, the developer took home the prize for the Casino Product of the Year at the London ceremony for its Daily Drop Jackpots Network. The 2021 awards see Red Tiger’s Gonzo’s Quest MegaWays nominated in the same category. The Global Gaming Awards announced the developer’s nomination on its LinkedIn page, highlighting the game’s success: “Another nominee in Casino Product of the year is Gonzo’s Quest MegaWays™ by Red Tiger. The slot game instantly became players’ favourite throughout Europe and beyond as soon as it was released in 2020.”
NetEnt is also shortlisted at the Global Gaming Awards London 2021 for Product Launch of the Year with Divine Fortune MegaWays. The developer previously took home GGAs in 2018 for Online Casino Supplier of the Year and in 2019 for Casino Product of the Year with Jumanji. The 2021 nomination was announced on the Global Gaming Awards LinkedIn page with a post extolling the game’s successes: “Released in November, this has been one of NetEnt’s top game launches in terms of first 30 days’ GGR and turnover. The title has already been a big hit with players at European online casinos, and as of early this year it is also live in New Jersey.”
Originally launched in Las Vegas in 2014, the Global Gaming Awards were expanded to London in 2018. The ceremony is still held in both cities at separate events. This year’s awards will be held in London on 28th June 2021, and in Las Vegas on 4th October 2021.
